The political system in America is rotting – captured by corporate interests, indifferent to working people, and unresponsive to the crises we face daily. The injection of independent, working-class leadership is the only cure.

We don’t just talk about change – we grow the people who will lead it. Missoula Neighbors United identifies and develops leaders through community organizing and prepares them to run for office at the local, county, state, and federal level.

    Leadership doesn’t come from titles – it comes from action. We find people who are already organizing in their neighborhoods, workplaces, and communities.

    Political Education & Training

    We offer workshops on campaign strategy, public speaking, policy analysis, fundraising, and navigating the political system – all from a working-class perspective.

  • Step 3

    Hands-On Campaign Experience

    Aspiring candidates gain real experience through our own organizing campaigns – knocking doors, leading meetings, speaking to the press, and building coalitions.

  • Step 4

    Candidate & Campaign Support

    We help working-class candidates who are already running with strategic advice, volunteer support, logistical help, and a network of solidarity.
